Working with Business

Far too many of our existing political leadership parties focus on dividing us. They attack entrepreneurs and small or medium sized businesses, as well as our home-grown champions who are now multinational. To be successful in the eyes of our current politicians, is to be vilified and akin to wearing the scarlet letter. This needs to stop. Governments need to be truthful about how taxes are earned and be more accountable to the corporations and individuals who are paying taxes. It is becoming clear that a minority of Canadians who have no skin in the game are constantly the loudest about what they deserve, even though they are not contributing. Contribution doesn't just mean paying the most tax, it means being a volunteer, a mentor, or someone who gives back to our country.

The Sentinel Party will commit to working with industry as a partner. We will celebrate our home-grown success stories that are bringing about technological improvement, both in our country and abroad. We will work with industry to bring Canada back to the forefront of biotechnology research, technological advancement across communications and finance, as well as continuing to develop exportable green technologies. We have an opportunity to make great strides in the area of Artificial Intelligence while still setting the standard globally for thoughtful adoption of this burgeoning sector.
